2.The manufacturer who still has not obtained the license, NO shipment allowed after obtaining the license and do the application at the govement platform.

Officially starting from October 1, the customs declaration information must be provided with belowings:
1. A tobacco license needs to be provided, and it needs to be filled out when making customs declaration.
2. The license number should be printed on the outer packaging of the goods
3. Manufacturers need to go to China Tobacco National Trading Platform for record before shipment.

At present, Shenzhen has not received any notification. We will inform you in time if there is any news!

1.If you did not apply for trademark registration in China, do it. It’s your first priority.
